They'll act as producer during the planning stages, and they'll transform into an orange jumpsuit-clad Game Runner during the event execution and wrap-up. Part creative muse, part logistical mastermind, and part stand-up comedian, our Game Producer will amaze you with their intelligence and managerial savvy.
Our planning process is a blast. We pay a ton of attention to both sides of your event -- the logistical details and the game content. Game Producers execute about 100 events per year, and their expertise in technology, mission content, day-of logistics and timing is the best in the industry. What's more, they quickly understand how involved you, as the planner, want to be. Lots of our clients are swamped and just want us to take care of it all, making them look awesome for planning this event. No sweat. Other clients want to be more involved in the process. At the event kick off, your Game Producer will be onsite as Game Runner to administer your event and make sure everything goes off without a hitch. From a high-energy introduction and explanation, through the emceeed voting round, they're there for you and your team. Their only mission is to ensure that your Go Game event is the best thing you've ever done as a group.
When the event is over, we'll create a password-protected website containing all of the day's hilarious photos and videos. A perfect way for everyone to re-live the magic of the experience!
